Bedfordshire Music Trust Orchestral Jamboree

Open to all instrumentalists, up to and including Grade 1 level, we welcome string, woodwind, brass and percussionists to try out our Orchestral Jamboree for FREE! It’s a wonderful day full of fun music making and activities. Last year we featured over 165 students! Children as young as 7 can take part and you will need to apply directly through your Hub: Music for Bedford Borough, Inspiring Music, Beds Music Co-op or Luton Mix. If your child has lessons privately you can apply through Inspiring Music. 

The day will take place from 10 am to 6pm and will be split into various musical activities, concluding with an en-masse concert for all friends and family to attend.

Clubbercise is a great fun class that will help you to achieve your fitness goals. Simple aerobic and dance moves with glow sticks, disco lights and club classic music from 90s to current day. Great for all levels of fitness and anyone 13-80+ years old.

Wednesdays are at Scott Lower School 6.30pm.

Tuesdays are at 6.15pm Goldington Academy.

Class is for anyone 13-80+ years old(13-15 year olds must be accompanied by an adult.)

This class happens on a Wednesday evening at 6:30-7:30 and is a great way to get into shape. The class focuses on general fitness and toning those stubborn areas. It's fun with uplifting music and energising routines. Combined with other classes this is a great core to your workout and you will see results with the support of myself helping you get into shape!

Class is £4 a go or pay upfront for 6 consecutive weeks and only pay £20!

Zumba class for all ages and abilitites, kids from 9 - 90+ are more than welcome in this class.

"Fantastic ideas and the coaches really engage with the gymnasts" were the recent findings of the British Gymnastic Assessor. 
The already successful Woburn Sands Gymnastics Club launched its Preschool Classes ( ages 2 1/2 - 5yrs in January 2012. Following the success of this we are starting a Parent and Toddler Class for children from walking to 3. A really enjoyable way to spend time with your toddler what ever the weather.
Gymnastics can help develop not just a child's physical abilities, but also self awareness, communication skills.

Bedford Jujitsu is part of the British Ju Jitsu Association (BJJA), running self defence and martial arts classes 3 times per week in Bedford and St Neots.
