Adult Ballet Course

| Description | Ballet is an elegant classical form of dance that is also a fantastic way to tone up all parts of the body, improve posture, balance and flexibility. The course will take a classical approach and include flow and movement sequences as well as some barre work.
Helen is a very experienced teacher and performer in a wide variety of dance disciplines. She has been teaching dance for more than 30 years.
The class can be done in either soft ballet shoes or in socks, with comfortable clothing leotards not required :)
No previous dance experience necessary
Runs on: Thursdays
The centre is open all year round with new courses starting each half term :) |
