JOB INFORMATION - Contract Administrator
* Answer phones, respond to emails, filing and other general administration duties
* Setting-up jobs on in-house system
* Planning engineer weekly work
* Raising purchase orders for subcontractors, hire equipment and materials
* Ensuring all details of engineer jobs are entered and complete on in house system at the end of each week
* Produce risk assessments and method statements for projects
* Researching hotels and book in advance for engineers for upcoming projects
* General support of the Install team in delivering its key responsibilities to clients
* Processing of orders on internal system when required
* Dealing with materials & plant supply chain queries around payment / approvals of invoices etc.
* Producing financial applications for projects
* Producing invoices for completed project works
* Process contract managers credit card expenses
* Produce Operation & Maintenance Manuals for completed projects
