About This Post

We are looking for an experienced and motivated administrator to join the team.
You will support the administration of school facing partnership activity, working on the following areas of activity: the development of partnerships; information and communication systems to partners; organisation of school placements and transport; support with contracts and charging. You will also be involved in OFSTED administration activity, as part of the Education Services Team.


Part of your role will be to work closely with the Senior Partnership Administrator to support the coordination of the School of Teacher Education placement activity to provide an effective interface between us, the students and our educational partners. To do this you will need to have excellent verbal and written communication skills.


You will need outstanding organisational skills and be part of the team who arrange, coordinate and run events and meetings within the department, working closely with partners, other teams within the University and members of senior leadership.
